Melbourne HR Pty Ltd, henceforth referred to as 'MHR' has the right to refuse service for any of it's products for any reason. With particular reference to the free initial Human Resource Health Check MHR reserves the right to not carry out the assessment at anytime before, during and after an agreed assessment has been entered into. 

All Contracts will be conducted in accordance with the agreed terms and conditions of the contract as stipulated by those documents included or mentioned by the Client Agreement and only those terms and conditions without any consideration to the content of this website.

All content of the 'HR Blog' is the intellectual property of MHR, unless otherwise stipulated. No content maybe be reproduced from the 'HR Blog' or any other part of this website (www.melbournehr.com.au) without express approval of David Simpson, Managing Director MHR.

MHR is not liable for services rendered by contractors or companies that are engaged directly by companies on the recommendation of MHR. It does however take responsibility for all services rendered by companies, contractors and organisations directly engaged by MHR to produce services for contracted clients.
